Shimantini Gupta

I am a 27-year-old music-enthusiast originally from Kolkata but now settled in Mumbai, after spending four fun-filled years in Bangalore. I also happen to be an artist manager, managing the work of a renowned singer from B-town, and his independent funk-band. I had absolutely no intention of opening this blog until I was asked by my digital-marketing professor to do so for an assignment when I was doing my masters, back in 2014. The first two blog posts were written back then and it took me 5 years to come back here and get myself to start writing again. So here I am, editing the bio, coz well, 5 years have passed and I cannot keep the bio the same! Music plays a BIG role in my life. Always has! So, when I was asked to create a blog of my own, I thought of doing so on music! Well, that's about it for now.
