Sajida demands equal rights for women and men, where there should be neither ownership nor subordinates to either men or women rather there must be equality between them. She is working for women's rights through social media, in the forms of highlighting major issues in social media, performing Theaters and mobilizing women through seminars and through mass mobilization.
