My Dreame vacuum malfunctioned after a few weeks, and support was impossible to deal with. Each time I contacted them, it took weeks to hear back, only to receive conflicting information. After sending it back, Dreame denied my refund and kept the product. This company has zero accountability or respect for customers�avoid Dreame at all costs.
