For over 40 years, I did countless things I loved, endless things I hated, even more that just made me numb, all in search of what I was meant to do – what would not only make me feel alive, but beckon me to live. Yup, I went backpacking and continent-hopping, sky-diving and snorkeling. I even waited tables at Friday’s. I’ve been an entrepreneur, a lackie, an expert, a student, a Clevelander, a Costa Rican, a San Diegan, and Las Vegan. Here's how I created my path to becoming a coach and entrepreneur. I’d hit an all-time low, not a decade ago, when I decided to make a hard pivot toward the healthy. No joke: I was in the middle of the movie Limitless when I stood up and started my search for that "magic pill" that could help me tap into all my human potential and make me limitless, too. After years of personal discovery, months of research and, finally, the Bulletproof Coaching Institute program, I found the damn thing. It was in me the whole time. Actually, it was just ME. The whole time. I was, in fact, my greatest limitation. Health issues that hurt me, stress that buried me, successes that eluded me — I gave them paths to limit me, to block me from realizing my potential. It took guidance and time, but I came to understand myself, to harness what energizes me, to manage what stresses me, to define success and build it around me. Total life-changer. The best part is you can do it, too. And that's how we got here: I became a coach so I can help people, like you, empower themselves with the tools to understand themselves, motivate and activate themselves, tap their true potential and build the healthy, inspired lives they deserve.
