I'm a 21 year old college student who has been struggling with finding a balance for my entire life. I was overweight in middle school and high school, got skinny during my first 3 years of college due to disordered eating, and now I'm in my last year of college and almost back up to the weight I was 3 years ago! Time to buckle down and thin down again.
