BA Broadcast Communication Favorite book - Harry Potter series I've been a fan of Harry Potter for the longest time. All the elements that I like in a book are here. It's thrilling, with all its plot and twists. It's funny; some of the lines and the characters really have their humor. And of course, it's magical; reading it makes me feel like I'm also part of the wizarding world. Favorite film - Flipped (He said, She said) I love the rawness of this film. The characters are genuine. You can really relate to how a teenager feels and how they convey these feelings. My favorite part was when both of them already like each other but think of ways on how to not show it (which is what teenagers really do... maybe before.) Aside from that, it is also symbolical, what with the sycamore tree, the Baker, and the Loski family. Favorite media practitioner - Ian Somerhalder Not just he's the hot, evil, badass vampire Damon Salvatore, Ian Somerhalder is also an advocate of the environment. His social media are bombarded with petitions to save animal life and foundations forwarding education about the environment. He posts things about biodiversity, climate change, LGBT, etc. He puts his power into good use through forwarding advocacy and into sharing and spreading these ideals. Favorite song - Hillary Duff's Someone's Watching Over Me I forgot where I first heard this song; it just got stuck in my head after that. Apparently, I put this down as my favorite song in all the slumbooks I've written on. It's just basically saying that you can do it, that life will give you challenges but just stay strong and you will come through. There will always be that Someone who will guide you. Favorite meal of all time - Pork Sinigang The best Pork Sinigang is of course my mom's Pork Sinigang. I miss it everytime. When I eat it here, it somewhat feels like I'm home.
