Comm 120 Media Law: Kiele

Course: BA Journalism Class enrolled: Comm 120 (Media Law) Favorite book: Lover's Dictionary by David Levithan. I discovered the author on Twitter (@loversdiction) and was immediately drawn to how good he was with words. It's the story of a modern day romantic relationship in the form of a dictionary. Each short entry reveals a glimpse of the couple's relationship--the ups, downs, and in betweens. It's a light read, but is very relatable. Favorite film: The Phantom of the Opera. No other reason except I love the soundtrack. Favorite media practitioner: Kristine Sabillo, Chief of Reporters, Inquirer.net. I attended one of her talks on Mobile Journalism. At the time, I was learning how to make News Packages for a class on Broadcast Journalism. She was very skilled, teaching us how to create a package in a few minutes using only her iPhone. Favorite song/musical artist: Beyonce - For me, she's the ultimate performer. A singer, a dancer, and a musician, even her personal life is something worth looking up to. Favorite meal of all time: Spicy tuna sashimi from Nihon Bashitei (big serving & affordable) I love anything spicy. Hobbies & interests: Dance, event planning, health & fitness
