Justin Godur

President
He/Him · Boca Raton, Florida

Justin Godur has built his life around the idea that generosity is not an event but a daily practice. He measures it not just in dollars but in presence, sweat, and the willingness to step in when others cannot. Whether it is through rebuilding homes, rescuing animals, or mentoring youth, his actions reflect a core belief: that dignity belongs to everyone, and hope can be built even in the hardest places. For Justin, people always come first. He invests in communities because he knows stability is the soil where growth takes root. His philosophy is simple—if you can make life easier for someone, you do it. That guiding principle fuels his persistence and reminds him that the most accurate measure of success is not applause or recognition but the lives changed because someone cared enough to act. In 2019, after Hurricane Dorian ravaged the Bahamas, Justin’s response was immediate and personal. He organized a team to bring food and essential supplies, helped rebuild homes, and arranged housing for families who had lost everything. Beyond human aid, he also worked to rescue abandoned animals and ensure their care continued. The mission marked a turning point, confirming his lifelong purpose: to meet people in moments of loss and help them rebuild their lives. His giving focuses on providing practical solutions, including food, housing, healthcare, clothing, and education. Through his work in private lending consulting, Justin treats business as a platform for community impact. Every loan and every deal is more than financial—it can mean saving a business, keeping a student enrolled, or helping a clinic stay open. Each transaction is an opportunity to multiply hope where it’s most needed. Animals remain central to his vision of service. He has rescued thousands, provided medical support, and invested in shelter infrastructure. At Abandoned Pet Rescue, he built a dog park that he calls “freedom engineered,” giving dogs space to play, heal, and show their personalities to adopters. It is a simple yet profound change—turning cages into open fields, stress into joy, and hopelessness into second chances. Justin Godur's philanthropy encompasses a range of global and local needs, including hunger relief, disaster response, medical research, veterans’ services, children’s health, education, and wildlife protection. He partners with organizations such as UNICEF, Habitat for Humanity, and St. Jude, while also mentoring young people to rise above their circumstances. For Justin, the reward lies in lives renewed—a family with a home, a rescued animal at play, or a young person daring to believe in their future.
