Javo Santillán

I have extensive experience in leadership of Agile teams, both co-located and remote, having led people in the United States, Spain and LATAM, from positions such as SM, PM, Tech QA Lead. I believe that my profile becomes interesting when my years of experience in multiple projects of varied technology and diverse business objectives is evaluated, the positions that I held and the dynamics of my professional growth through the years. I enjoy challenging goals and working as smart as is possible to reach them out with tenancy and focus. I advocate continuous improvement by becoming myself a facilitator so that the teams where I have to lead work at a sustained and healthy rhythm with less roadblocks. I personally know how to work in conditions of adaptability and high pressure. I have the ability to work directly with different cross-functional roles coordinating and organizing efforts for several teams in parallel, helping to achieve our most challenging goals through initiatives coming from the company or from our clients. Leaders, top managers, peers and people who have reported to me, have recognized me as a servant leader, highly committed professional and with values of inclusion, innovation, and strongly focused on achieving our goals as a team.
