Most people experience technology at the surface. My career has been built deep in the layers that keep it secure, stable, and scalable. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud environments — building and supporting systems where uptime, security, and performance are critical to the business. My experience spans enterprise data centers, virtualization platforms, modern cloud architectures, and security operations. I started with a strong foundation in systems engineering, working across VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft server environments, along with enterprise storage and data center infrastructure. As environments grew more complex, I expanded into network engineering and security — designing and supporting secure architectures using technologies like Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet, along with IDS/IPS systems and VPN frameworks. That evolution led naturally into cybersecurity, where I’ve worked with SIEM platforms like Splunk and applied frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK. My focus has always been practical — not just identifying risk, but implementing controls and solutions that strengthen real-world security posture. In parallel, I’ve built experience in cloud and hybrid environments, supporting migrations and operations across Azure and AWS. From identity management and automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs, to managing services like Intune, Azure Arc, EC2, S3, and VPCs — I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of modern infrastructure. What differentiates my approach is the ability to connect technology with process and governance. I’ve worked within and applied project and operational frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, Kanban, PRINCE2, COBIT, CMMI, and Six Sigma to improve service delivery, streamline operations, and align IT systems with business objectives. This allows me to not only build and support systems, but also improve how they are managed, delivered, and scaled. I’ve also begun exploring the role of Generative AI within enterprise environments, particularly where it intersects with automation, security, and operational efficiency. I focus on understanding complex systems end-to-end, identifying weaknesses, and making them more secure, resilient, and efficient. I thrive in high-stakes environments where the goal is not just to maintain — but to improve. I connect with people who take ownership of what they build, think beyond silos, and care about creating systems that actually hold up in the real world.
