Greg Warnock

Greg Warnock is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with over forty years of experience in founding, scaling, and advising companies across a wide range of industries. He is the co-founder and managing director of a growth capital firm that works with expansion-stage businesses to improve go-to-market strategies, build leadership strength, and access new markets. Using a disciplined, operator-led model, he collaborates closely with founders to support growth across sectors such as technology, healthcare, and consumer services. The firm has reported more than $5 billion in exits through 2020. He has played a key role in helping these companies achieve scalable and sustainable success. He also co-founded a platform in the food and beverage space that provides capital, operational expertise, and a strong network of experienced operators. Under his leadership, the platform has helped grow several fast-expanding restaurant brands by improving unit performance, scaling multi-location operations, enhancing supply chains, and maintaining company culture through rapid development. Earlier in his investment career, he co-founded a venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in information technology and life sciences. Serving as managing director, he was instrumental in developing the firm’s regional presence before it merged with another to continue supporting innovation and startup growth. He also served as Chairman and CEO of a publicly traded SPAC, which went public in 2023. Under his leadership, the company completed a business combination with a SaaS acquirer based in Brazil, expanding his role in international and public-market transactions. Before entering the investment space, he founded and operated companies in technology, biotechnology, consumer products, and marketing. He played a lead role in more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, gaining deep experience in market strategy, business transitions, and deal execution. In 2008, he launched an initiative focused on entrepreneurship education and co-founded a foundation supporting community development in Utah. With academic degrees in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, and a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance, Greg Warnock continues to dedicate his efforts to business growth, mentorship, and long-term impact.
