The American Paris

The American Paris is Stephanie Paris. Stephanie is a 7th generation Californian who never lived outside of that state... until she did. In 2011 she and her family crossed oceans, rivers, mountains and seas to discover themselves in the heart of a strange, old land; the home of fairy tales, beer, cathedrals and excruciatingly correct street signs. The Paris family landed on the French/German border along the storied Rhine river. Smack dab in the middle of the Black Forest, straddling the technological and agricultural centers of the region, they found much to learn and much to amuse them. Next, it was off to The City- Londontown! In 2015, the family up and moved again, just across the little channel to England. The latest blogs chronicle the struggles and triumphs of landing in a place so familiar and yet so very different.
