Under my leadership, Spectra has developed a proprietary lending platform that combines technological innovation with disciplined underwriting to identify opportunities in the middle-market commercial real estate sector. Our firm has deployed capital across multiple property types and jurisdictions while delivering exceptional performance for our institutional partners. Prior to founding Spectra, I established and led multiple businesses, including Telo, a data services company that was successfully acquired by TransUnion (NYSE: TRU). This experience informs our data-driven approach to deal sourcing, credit analysis, and risk management.
