Caroline Whitfield is a staff writer and real estate consultant at Unify Real Estate, with roots in Providence, Rhode Island and a career spanning nearly two decades of residential real estate experience across New England. She obtained her Rhode Island real estate license in 2008 and went on to work as a producing agent in Providence County and Bristol County before transitioning to full-time writing and editorial work in the real estate industry.
