Hiya, I've worked in Landlord-Tenant law since 1987. Operating variously as a Tenancy Relations Officer, a housing blogger, a housing law trainer for the Chartered Institute of Housing and a broadcaster. In my time I have been a landlord, a tenant, a defender of mortgage repossession cases the head of homelessness for a local authority. There isn't much left in housing that I havent done.
